Geoplano is a didactic element that helps to introduce and strengthen much of the concepts of flat geometry, being a concrete tool allows students to gain a greater understanding of different terms of this subject. TYPES OF GEOPLANOS
- Square Geoplane
It is ideal for describing concepts such as segments, open polygonal lines, closed polygonal lines, calculation of areas and perimeters, among others.
- Isometric geoplane
Also known as triangle Geoplano, it is constructed through equilateral triangles. It is frequently used in the construction of three dimensional figures.
- Circular geoplano
It is useful to construct inscribed figures, circumscribed, regular polygons, among others. It helps clarify the concepts of radius, diameter and rope.
