DIFFERENT WAYS OF MEASURING

The concept of "measurement" is the result of the measurement process. This process involves different types of measures, among them; comparison, ordering, use of patterns, instruments, estimates, etc. by reference to the arbitrary quantity of a magnitude adopted by convention. When we speak of measurement, we refer to the verb "measure", which means assigning a number or quantity of magnitude (force, surface, speed, power volume, etc.). This magnitude alludes to a quality of objects that can be quantified. Below I will provide a series of videos explaining the different ways of measuring (among others);

                                                 COMPARISON AND ORDERING

                                                      BOSSES OF MEASURE

                                                   INSTRUMENTS OF MEASURES

                                                                ESTIMATES

Knowing what each measure consists of, I have drawn my own conclusions. The different forms of measurement are characterized by direct/indirect or accurate/approximate measures. When we speak of comparison or ordering we are talking about direct measures, as it can be directly compared with a pattern or reference object. On the other hand, the other types are indirect measures, derived from mathematical formulas or calculations.
However, when we refer to exact or approximate measures, we have to look at the value of the result, that's why, a measure is accurate when the quantity -concrete manifestation or a particular case of it is determined numerically- vithout any mistake at all. This happens when we use measuring instruments or bosses, even in most cases, when we measure through comparison and ordering.
On the contrary, a measure is approximate when an estimate of the value is made, that's why, we make a value judgment of the result of a numerical transaction or of the measurement of a quantity, depending on the person, circumstances or the emitter.
To finish this post, I want to ask to you a question that so many sportsmen ask yourself. What does weigh more fat or muscle? I show to you multiples link to make your own conclusions;
